I love my Cards.
Said my mother when I called after tonight's bichemistry test and we chatted about the Cards winning the National League Championship series. Yay! They had a much better night than I did...though I don't think the test went poorly, I mean, I felt better about it than the organic chemistry test I took this time two years ago when the Cards did the same thing...there were of course things I knew I knew, but couldn't think of the name or the specific reaction...thank goodnes for partial credit. Thank goodness I have a new thing to blog on, since right now, my entire site is down, which bugs me no end. I have a story to tell about that, but I don't know if I will just yet.
Especially since I have resorted to the modem, because even though it's slower than molasses it still working, while the wireless goes in and out...
Go Cards! Tame those Tigers!
It's sort of odd, but this is the second time this post-season that I've watched the play-by-play online at the end of the game and "seen" the Cards win it. At least it's a good trend :) I just read a quote that since they made the league series best-of-seven in the 80's, 15 matchups have been won in 6, and 10 of those by the team going into #6 leading the series by 3-2. Let's hope the Cards add another to it...
