I adore Mrs. Field's cinnamon sugar cookies. And to tell the truth, I'm not all that fond of chocolate, though a nice melty chocolate chip cookie still warm and soft from the oven is a wondrous thing. BUT. Since there's always a little dough left without chocolate chips, I make a few plain dough cookies...and you roll THOSE in cinnamon and sugar, and life is good.
